Tueday's backlighting

Today's post was a test of my patience.  I tried a back lit self portrait.  If I nailed the exposure, I missed focus. If I nailed the focus, I missed the exposure.  I had lots of lens flare.  I tried taking off the filter, but that didn't help.  This is the best of the bunch.  I tweaked the exposure and played with the color for skin tone.  I'm not happy with it but I don't know what else to do with it, either.
